My car was hit by a neighbour at the beginning of September. This garage scheduled a repair for mid October and then this was cancelled due to waiting on parts. This was then re-scheduled. I asked for a timeframe as car needed a MOT. They couldn’t do this so I stalled the repair to enable an MOT. I was told on the phone that they would collect car as had all the parts but when I called a few days later I was told they were still waiting. The car was collected for repair over 2.5 weeks ago. I’ve called several times and cannot get through and no one answers emails. Not happy

Communication is awful, they never answer the phone...a common complaint here i notice ?

Haven’t even got through to them to book my car in for repair yet. Rings and rings. Have tried on two occasions to no avail. Going to see if I can go elsewhere

Excellent service! The car looks new! Regular progress reports received whilst work was being carried out. Highly recommended.

Had my vehicle for 2 weeks now, I have called 52 times today alone for my calls to just ring out. Appalling customer service and communication.
