The shop is stunning, Carly was amazing! After trying on what I thought I wanted, Carly found me the most beautiful dress that I hadn’t even considered! The attention to detail from Chilham Bridal is amazing! And the stock is superb!

I have had the most magical experience with this bridal shop over the past couple of years. Buying a dress from Carly was truly special and I highly recommend any ‘bride to be’ to pay the gorgeous little shop a visit. Carly advised me on which dresses suited me best and I ended up coming away with the dress of my dreams. I was given advice on where to get the alternations done and the after care was truly exceptional. After my perfect wedding day, I decided to re-sell my dress as I wanted it to be enjoyed again by someone else. For me, I didn’t want it gathering dust in the loft. Carly offered advice on how to clean the dress and get it ready to re-sell in her shop again. The whole process was very easy and professional, with contracts emailed to me so I knew exactly how much to expect back. My dress was re-sold to another ‘bride to be’ who will now get to enjoy it all over again. This bridal shop is something special and with a very hardworking, professional and caring owner, I highly recommend it as somewhere to purchase your dream dress. Thank you so much ❤️

Great experience both buying and selling! I had to wait until 3 months before my wedding to make my appointment due to just having a baby! Carrie was lovely on the day and I got to take my lovely dress the same day (which really helps when time is limited!). I used Charlotte the seamstress they recommend who works next door who was also lovely to fit me in with short notice. After my wedding I decided to try sell my dress and Carly organised this all for me. It sold within a month!

Had such a lovely day at Bridal Boutique Chilham yesterday. Amy was amazing and really made me feel at ease. The first dress I tried on really made me overwhelmed and emotional and I knew deep down it was the one. I tried on a few other dresses as well. There was another potential against my original dress and when it finally came down to it, it was the first one I chose. I said yes to the dress and am so happy with my choice. I have a list of seamstresses to use and will start sorting that out soon. Thank you so much Amy, for everything and all your help. I am so happy and pleased with my dress. Can't wait for my wedding day next May.

The girls at Chilham bridal are so lovely, I never felt rushed when trying on dresses and they really go out of their way to understand what you are looking for. They made the experience of finding my dress feel personal right from the start and I never felt under pressure or overwhelmed with them. They have an amazing choice of second hand and ex-display dresses which I loved the idea of, I am so glad that I found my dress with them.

Best experience at Chilham Bridal Boutique The boutique is beautifully presented, They have a really Wide selection of dresses and Carrie was really helpful. I had started to feel like I wasn’t going to find the right dress but I ended up falling in love with 2 completely different ones here, it was hard to choose but Carrie really make my decision a lot easier. Unlike previous visits to bridal shops I didn’t feel confused or overwhelmed. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone who is looking for their dream dress! After a really bad first dress experience at another shop, I was really worried about my appointment at Bridal Boutique at Chilham. But from the moment I pulled up I was already at ease. There was a little heart chalk board with my name on the door, the boutique itself was so pretty and the dresses looked modern and lots of selection. Amy was lovely and really helpful. It was very homely and the mirror positioning meant I could see myself at every angle. Amy would also pull the train out and make it look pretty if I moved around for photos. I tried on around 7 dresses and ended up falling in love and buying the first one I tried which was unexpected. I thought the price was going to be expensive as the whole experience had that feel and the dress itself felt expensive, however it was actually just under my budget! Amy gave me a seamstress list, packaged my dress and took a little photo of us all. Would 100% recommend to any future bride!

THE place to get a dream wedding dress at affordable prices. Such a beautiful selection as well as creating the best atmosphere with your own private shopping experience to make it really special. Also Carly was very accommodating with me being indecisive and was not pressuring at all, allowed me to revisit and have helpful advice to try tailor the whole experience to each bride. Everyone loved the dress and I still love it now, just need to find somewhere to wear it again!

I had a wonderful time with my mum at Chilham Bridal from the first second. When we arrived there was a chalkboard sign on the door saying 'Charlotte's dress day' - I love details like this. Upon entering we took off our shoes which made us feel like we were at home. The decor of the store is beautiful with a lovely soft rug and lots of mirrors so you can see yourself in your dress at various angles. Amy our host was warm, friendly and hospitable. She was extra helpful in getting me into my dresses and gave great advice about the dresses. I loved the whole experience as it's just you in the boutique and therefore it feels more personal than the big bridal stores. I tried on many gorgeous dresses and found the one. The dress is ex-sample so a lot cheaper than original. It's in great condition and will need some alterations obviously but that's standard. The dress gets sent to the dry cleaners before you can pick it up from them which is paid for by Chilham Bridal, not many stores do this so this is great especially as other people may have tried on the dress. Overall we had an amazing time and I highly recommend! Thank you Chilham Bridal ❤️
