They boasted a very desirable and versatile range of pianos from standard uprights up to the impressive Steinway and Bosendorfer grands. The website showcased the pianos very attractivly and professionally. I found one that suited my needs and budget. In this case, a Kawai RX-2. The turnaround time from enquiring and having it delivered was very quick! One of the team members Michelle, was extremely helpful and made the process very swift. In addition, the delivery crew was highly professional and friendly, taking great care in the setup. Renting with Musiq Group has been a very pleasant experience. The piano I rented was in pristine condition, and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery was easy to arrange and priced fairly as well. Although there were some challenges during the return process, Michelle was incredibly helpful and responsive in assisting me to resolve them, making sure everything was sorted in the end. As a struggling concert pianist these people have helped me out at hour of need. 4 strings of my acoustic kawaii have broken from repetitive attempts at Liszt's "Dante sonata" Literally upon emailing last night, with the help of Michelle from the music group today. I have secured a professional digital piano that can hold up to the scrutiny of liszt, Chopin and many others. I cannot thank these people enough I have a recital coming up and had no access to any instrument. Simple, quick effective service. Would recommend to anyone!
